WrapSong creates a personalised song based on the details you provide. Production is automated and delivered digitally within the timeframe you choose at checkout.

AI-generated content

Your song is created using artificial-intelligence tools — lyrics are generated with OpenAI and the music and audio are generated with ElevenLabs — guided by the details you provide. Each song is newly generated, and because the process is automated, exact results vary. We stand behind the result with our guarantee (see “Refunds and guarantee”).

What you can do with your song (ownership and licence)

Once your order is paid in full, you receive the right to use your finished song for both personal and commercial purposes — including playing it privately, sharing it, and using it publicly — consistent with the rights granted to us by our music provider. FLAG(operator): confirm the exact commercial, resale, and ownership rights your ElevenLabs plan grants (Eleven Music is marketed as cleared for commercial use on paid plans, but verify the current Music Terms), and align this wording precisely before launch.

You are responsible for the details you submit and confirm you have the right to share them, including any information about the song’s recipient.

Acceptable use

When using WrapSong you agree not to:

• provide unlawful content or content that infringes someone else’s rights;
• request songs that are hateful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful;
• submit information about another person that you have no right to share;
• attempt to disrupt, abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.

Pricing and payment

The price and any discount are shown before you pay, and payment is a one-time charge processed by Stripe. Any promotional discount and countdown reflect a genuine, time-limited offer tied to your session — the timer does not secretly reset, and there is no fake queue.

Delivery and revisions

Production begins as soon as you pay and your finished song is delivered within your chosen timeframe. If it isn’t quite right, we’ll revise it for free until you’re happy, as described in our guarantee.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. Because songs are AI-generated to your brief, we cannot guarantee a specific subjective outcome beyond our guarantee. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
